Dottie Reese, MPH, MSW, CCDP, a principal of DMM & Associates, LLC in New Orleans, Louisiana has over 33 years of experience in administrative, consulting, clinical and teaching, in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Her areas of expertise include performance management, diversity management, change management, cultural competency, community engagement, and leadership development. She has utilized her skills as an advanced practitioner in strategic diversity management and public health to assist organizations in assessing, and designing solutions that deliver lasting value. As a skilled change agent, she has successfully created and executed strategies designed to increase competitive advantage for organizations and businesses. As an accomplished and engaging speaker, she has presented workshops on the local, national and international level.


Ms. Reese earned her B.A. in Psychology from Pomona College of the Claremont Colleges, Master of Social Work and Master of Public Heath degrees from Tulane University of New Orleans, Louisiana and is certified in Diversity Management as an Advanced Practitioner from Cornell University in New York. Ms. Reese is on the faculty of the Cornell University Diversity Management Program in New York.

Margaret Montgomery-Richard, Ph.D. a principal of DMM & Associates, LLC in New Orleans, Louisiana has over 30 years of extensive experience in management and leadership at the national, state, and local level. She has held several senior level administrative positions in higher education institutions and systems level. Her areas of expertise include performance and change management, strategic planning, organization development, community engagement, partnerships and collaborations, workforce development education and training consulting. She utilizes her expertise to help organizations assess their structural, cultural, management and leadership challenges to develop strategic solutions to enhance overall performance.


Dr. Montgomery-Richard holds a B.A. in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University, Master of Public Administration and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of New Orleans. She has a certificate in Management and Leadership in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education Cambridge, Massachusetts and attended Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
