Specialized Engineering, L.L.C. began in New Orleans, Louisiana as a family owned civil engineering firm in 2015.
Allison and Brian Froeba, have worked for large engineering firms, but decided to start their own small engineering firm to gain flexibility, project control, and to provide quality services. The firm is licensed in Louisiana to provide engineering services and is a majority women owned business.

Specialized Engineering’s clients include Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H) and Industrial Analyzer Services, LLC (IAS).
Recently, Specialized Engineering signed a service agreement with Phillips 66 –Alliance refinery for an onsite project engineer to support their onsite project team and also design small to medium size civil structural engineering projects.
