Principals/Owners/Key Leadership Team

Mrs. Fisher founded Driven Engineering in 2006. She has 26 years of general civil engineering experience working on municipal, state, industrial, and commercial projects including: civil engineering design of highways and streets, traffic studies, railroad improvements for short line railroads as well as industries, bridges, culverts, drainage improvements including lined and unlined open channels, site grading and drainage plans ranging from 0.25 acres to hundreds of acres, industrial site designs, facility/port security planning, hydraulic and hydrologic studies, water and sanitary sewer systems, State Highway design changes and access permit coordination, FEMA flood map revisions, Coastal and stormwater permitting, Corps permitting, pipeline routing and detailed design, and other infrastructure. Ms. Fisher is currently pursuing LEED credentialed professional certification as a result of a recent LEED project design being completed.

Mr. Jones is an experienced business and engineering management professional with a diverse background in developing start-up businesses and analyzing existing business processes. Mr. Jones is responsible for business development and assisting Mrs. Fisher with office management and the continuous effort to improve business processes and efficiency. His background includes being COO of a 501 c3 Non-profit as well as principal owner in several engineering and government contracting businesses. His technical expertise is in instrument and electrical design, process controls, and construction management.
