PRECISION CNC MACHINING SERVICES

• Our CNC machining centers are 5-axis capable for complex milling of intricate parts while holding a true position tolerance of ±001”. 
  
• Length and diameter tolerances can be held to ±001” and verified with precision CMM equipment. 
  
• We machine a number of materials including Titanium, steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys up to 170” x 50” x 39” for milled parts and up to 22” in diameter for turned parts. 
• SPM is capable of CNC Machining in 3, 4, and 5 axis in materials such as Aluminum, Stainless Steel and Titanium Alloys and complete assemblies. 
• Multi-Axis programming capability is enhanced with CATIA V5 which provides for state of the art customer support.

We at SPM aim to be the solution to all you machining needs. We are woman owned, WBENC certified shop with over 159 years collective experience in machining and assembly. In the last 10 years we have quadrupled the size of our facility.  Our custom-built modular facility is 60,000 sq. ft with 15,000 used for assembly on can easily accommodate any future growth requirements. The mid-south location is perfectly placed on US Highway 231 midway between Nashville, Tennessee and Huntsville, Alabama with international passenger and freight service from both locations. 

Located at 220 Calsonic Way in Shelbyville, Tennessee, home of the National Tennessee Walking Horse Celebration, our custom built modular facility has grown to 60,000 sq. ft. located on seven acres. We can easily accommodate any future growth requirements. The Mid-South location is perfectly placed on US Highway 231 midway between Nashville, Tennessee and Huntsville, Alabama with international passenger and freight service from both locations.
