Lynn is a partner based in Clarus’ Birmingham office and leads the firm’s focus on developing innovative solutions for clients and guides Clarus’ operational, growth and business development strategies. Since co-founding the company in 2004, Clarus has grown under Lynn’s leadership to serve clients in 22 states.
Lynn draws on her expertise in healthcare, financial services, and human capital development to help a diverse client base achieve strategic, operational and organizational change. Lynn has led major performance-improvement programs for public, private and university clients. She understands the intricacies and enjoys the challenges of working in highly regulated and complex environments. Lynn prioritizes supporting clients through a process that views organizations and their employees from all angles, with a balanced and individualized perspective.
Lynn is a member of the Rotary Club of Birmingham and a graduate of Momentum. She has served on numerous community boards and leadership roles within her church. Lynn is the mother of four children and an avid UAB basketball fan.
