Nancy has over 15 years of experience in the moving industry, and has performed every single job in the company, except for driving a tractor. She took over the helm of the company in 2006.Today, Nancy’s primary focus is on managing the executive team and customer service, although she sees her role as a supportive one for everyone who is involved with the company. She prides herself in having a very open-door policy, and considers the company, its employees, and customers as her extended family. She is a very personable and compassionate leader for the company, and places high value on the hard work and dedication that is necessary to run a successful business. Over the years, she has instilled those same qualities in her sons, Bryan and Blake, who co-manage the company.Outside of the office, Nancy loves spending time with her four grandchildren, and can often be seen riding her Jet Ski at Caney Creek.
