Karlie is the CEO and President of SysCom, LLC, the company she founded in 2003. SysCom is 100% woman Owned Small Business and WBENC certified with offices in Louisiana and Georgia.
Karlie leads SysCom’s Managed Service Provider team in implementing IT solutions that protect clients from cyber-attacks and allow them to work more efficiently and be more productive. She assists clients in making strategic and operational decisions based on current cybersecurity trends.
Karlie has over 25 years of experience in IT and has provided professional IT consultation for diverse industries including healthcare, oil and gas, and business services.
Karlie graduated cum laude from Tulane University in New Orleans. She has served as an Advisory Board Member for ELEKTA and the Governor’s Committee for Louisiana Women Leaders. She has also served on the Boards of area non-profits. HCISPP Certified.
Administraton
Tiffany Phelps is the Administrator at SysCom, LLC, a Managed IT and Security Services company. She has been with the company since 2008.
Tiffany serves as a member of SysCom’s Operations Team where she contributes to all aspects of internal business planning and daily operations, Including Finance and Human Resources.
Tiffany holds certifications in both Business and Medical Office Management. She has over 20 years of administrative and IT experience.
