AutoZone 2021 National Sales Meeting




The annual AutoZone National Sales Meeting takes place each fall in Memphis, Tennessee where LEO Events has produced the event for nearly 20 years. Each year, more than 1,500 top field representatives gather for a week of education, recognition, and networking with peers and executive leadership.

To recognize AutoZone’s fiscal success and to announce new goals for 2022, LEO needed to produce an exciting and engaging meeting, reflective of the company’s pledge and values. The 2021 NSM featured 4 General Sessions, 3 recognition ceremonies, 2 car giveaways, 4 off-site events, and the reveal of AutoZone’s 2022 operating theme – “Go the Extra Mile."

The General Session space also featured an immersive LED environment and a live broadcast for in-store attendees. Highly engaging graphical elements and celebrity cameos were sprinkled throughout the meeting content. Several breakouts were available to AutoZoners, which included team-building activities, training experiences, and opportunities to pilot to store technology.
