LEO Events is an award-winning, Certified Woman-Owned Business, combining the experience, stability, and perspective of a legacy agency with the enthusiasm and agility of a startup. With more than 60 full-time staffers in three offices (Memphis, Chattanooga, and Nashville), we have the resources, tools, processes, and people-power to create, manage, and produce dozens of projects simultaneously. Our roots in hospitality have infused our company with unparalleled customer service and constant commitment to client satisfaction. You will not find a more collaborative, communicative partner. As the ways in which we gather, connect, and communicate continue to change, so does LEO. While our deepest expertise lies in the design and production of large, live brand events, our investments in digital and strategic communications have only strengthened our abilities. When the pandemic struck in 2020, we acted quickly to augment our capabilities and expand our services with new solutions in Strategy, Virtual, and Hybrid events. Today, we have everything you need to effectively engage today’s audience – in any location. Our digital solutions include a proprietary virtual event platform (powered by Eventfinity), four in-house streaming studios, and cutting-edge XR, LED, and remote studio design and production capabilities, to make just about anything happen.

At LEO, we don’t merely accept diversity, equity, and inclusion – we celebrate, support, and are committed to growing it – for us, our clients and partners, our industry, and our communities The events of 2020 inspired us to form an internal committee dedicated to DEI, with priority on supplier diversity and inclusive practices, companywide.

LEO is also uniquely proficient in public events and festivals, managing and producing ticketed, stadium-scale shows for consumers and fans in music, sports, and technology. From guest services and food and beverage to environmental design and media and marketing, the insights and perspectives we glean from these events inform and inspire new ideas and innovations in our B2B events.

LEO is active in industry discourse and community-building as a founding partner of CANVAS, a first-of-its-kind, brand-to-brand consortium of senior-level event and meeting planners. In 2021 we expanded our participation with the launch of CANVAS Elevate, to help develop the next generation of leaders in our industry.

LEO is committed to giving back, too. We volunteer time, donate in-kind, and support, in a variety of ways, those organizations, charities, and causes that work hard to make a real difference in our communities. Some of our most cherished causes are St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, National Civil Rights Museum, ArtsBuild, Sculpture Fields at Montague Park, Room in the Inn, and Jay Uiberall Foundation.
