Julia Miller brings over 14 years of experience in management and leadership within the powerline industry. An alumnae of Western Kentucky University, Julia graduated with High Distinction (4.0 GPA), specializing in small business administration. At M&M, Julia works to analyze business needs, forecast sales goals, streamline operations, develop safety and risk management policies and create new program concepts while achieving high standards of quality in all M&M operations. 


As President/CEO of M&M, Julia is heavily involved in daily operations, ensuring the vision of M&M is pursued while creating and maintaining a long-standing client base. In 2003, Julia was awarded the National Leadership Award and served as Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council.


Julia is active in a variety of civic and professional organizations, including Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, the American society of Safety Engineers, WBENC Certified, the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Small Business Contractors.

Tony Miller

Executive Vice President/COO


Tony Miller was crucial at the inception of M&M 14 years ago. As Executive Vice President, Secretary and COO, Tony brings 30 plus years of experience in the powerline industry. Professionally trained as a Lineman at Nashville State Technical College and Power Engineers Association of Kentucky, Tony brings an unparalleled expertise and focused specialization for working with distribution and transmission lines. His entire career has been spent in an electrical cooperative environment building and maintaining powerlines.


Tony has a strong work ethic and believes in building trust and reliability with his long-standing clients. Tony consistently contributes to revenue growth and improving bottom-line performance through positive leadership and strong management skills. His decisive communication and negotiation skills are a proven asset to the company. Safety is his top priority and is demonstrated on daily basis to the crews and projects he oversees. 


His professional associations and distinctions include the American Society of Safety Engineers, National Leadership Award and Honorary Chairman of the Business Advisory Council.

Bryon Miller

 Safety Director


Bryon Miller has been with M&M since 2002. In 2010 Bryon joined the management team at M&M as our safety director. He has a Bachelor’s degree in technology management from Western Kentucky University and is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. He is bringing new and innovative ideas to M&M’s safety program. Bryon is also in M&M’s apprentice lineman program as a third year apprentice lineman, bringing hands-on ideas to every aspect of our safety program.
