Dr. Hurlbert earned her B.A. in sociology from the College of William and Mary. After earning her M.A. and Ph.D. in the same field at the University of North Carolina, she served on the faculty of Louisiana State University for more than 25 years. Jeanne’s academic research focused on how individuals’ social networks affect such things as job finding, job satisfaction, access to social support, and health. Her research was funded by agencies such as the National Science Foundation and published in top social science and health journals.
Jeanne now helps companies meld research and marketing, bringing “big data” strategies to businesses of all sizes by breaking the mold of traditional market research. Her clients include Cox Media, Extra Space Storage, Tatum, STAFDA, OneSource Distributors, Towneley Capital Management, Access Physicians, TractManager, Amen Clinics, DAKOTACARE, Bright Line Eating, The Strategic Coach, Pioneer Packaging Worldwide, CEG Worldwide, Vie Healthcare, and six New York Times best-selling authors. She is the author of You Can't Serve Them Well If You Don't Know Them Well: Capturing and Captivating Customers With Concierge Customer Service.
Win earned his BA, MA, and PhD from Louisiana State University. He brings extensive experience and expertise in primary and secondary survey research, data management, and data analysis.
Win has collected survey data through academic research studies funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH) and annual demographic survey data from each of 300 municipalities in Louisiana.
Additionally, Win has served on evaluation teams for several research projects funded by NIH, the Louisiana Budgeting Committee, the Catholic Diocese of Baton Rouge, and the Louisiana State Office of Group Benefits.
Ben brings to the team twelve years of experience working with Equifax, where he used emerging technologies to develop solutions for making loan application processing faster, less error-prone, and more secure. He left Equifax to work as an independent consultant in 2007, and he has since worked on large projects, designing and implementing systems in banking, government, health care, and insurance sectors. Notable clients include the Lousiana Road Home program, FifthThird Bank, Louisiaia Medicaid program, Bank of the West, and Stonetrust Insurance Corp.
