Peggy Del Fabbro is the CEO of M. Davis & Sons, Inc., an industrial construction company that builds, installs and maintains plants and facilities for national and international companies. M. Davis has been headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware for nearly 150 years


Peggy has served in leadership positions at M. Davis for more than 30 years. Peggy assumed the role of CEO in 2008 and works to distinguish the construction company in the marketplace through an unwavering commitment to safety and quality.


In 2009 Peggy made the decision to pursue the certificate as a Woman Owned Business by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) in order to set her company part from other contractors. Peggy promotes diversity by participating in a wide variety of roles in support of WBENC, most recently she has taken on the role as 2nd Vice Chair for Women’s Enterprise Forum for WBENC.


She has been recognized on the regional and national level as a leader in the women owned business community. She has received numerous awards which include:

• 2014 Women’s Business Enterprise National Council Star Award

• 2014 Woman Business Enterprise Leadership Award

• 2015 Shining Star Award from WBENC

• 2018 Woman Business Enterprise “Done Deals” award from the Women’s Business Enterprise Council of PA-DE-sNJ.


Peggy also serves as on the Board of Directors for the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) Delaware Valley Chapter.


As a socially concerned business leader, Peggy supports various community needs with donations to organizations such as Delaware Foundation for Reaching Citizens with Intellectual Disabilities, ISPE Annual Toys for Tots and Stockings for Soldiers supporting deployed U.S. troops. She personally participates in many charitable events such as the Dogfish Dash 8K which benefits the Delaware Chapter of The Nature Conservancy and Faithful Friends Animal Society’s annual 5K and Mutt Mile. Peggy enjoys working with children and volunteers her time after work to teach karate to young kids at Cornerstone Martial Arts. There she is also an advocate for Women’s Self-Defense classes.
