Her career has focused on business growth with an accounting background that accents the marketing and promotion effort. As Business Manager for then Rust Publications, Shelbyville-Times Gazette she created new venues of revenue that supported local, community small businesses and organizations while many small town publications were closing their doors.
Howard owned an accounting business in California before moving to Tennessee in 2005.
