CHALLENGE: Coldwell Banker Global Luxury came to REP Interactive with a bold ambition - to create a new style of luxury real estate marketing that would sell one-of-a-kind homes to the world’s most discerning buyers.

SOLUTION: Working collaboratively with Coldwell Banker stakeholders, REP Interactive created the digital branded entertainment series “World’s Most Expensive Homes.” We took a broadcast production approach and applied it to creating short-form marketing videos 4-5 minutes in length. This has resulted in 7 episodes of original programming and the latest episode has racked up nearly 300K views to date in addition to being broadcast on NBC’s Open House and HGTV.

Rep Interactive has been the Video Agency of Record for Coldwell Banker since 2010.
